74 participant received this case of CLL. A diagnosis of CLL or low grade lymphoma was made by 50 participants.	The lymphocytes are difficult to discrimate from erythroblasts because of too intensive staining.
17 participants prefered a diagnosis of reactive condition.	In thin areas discrimination of lymphocytes and erythroblasts is easy to make.
